*This position is for all Latin American candidates*As a Partnership Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain connections, partnerships and networking with attorneys and law firms in various practice areas, including Employment Firms, Workers Compensation Firms, and Personal Injury firms to assist in generating business.Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up, managing and nurturing potential partnerships and networking with the Law Firm’s Social Network accounts (LinkedIn).
Utilize email and contact databases to initiate contact of request connections with attorneys in targeted practice areas.
Arrange calls to explore potential collaboration opportunities.
Collaborate with attorneys if they have any cases suitable for initiating a professional relationship.
Develop an e-newsletter for clients and partners featuring notable verdicts and settlements.
Send out reminder emails to maintain ongoing communication and engagement.
Send firm-branded materials to attorneys to reinforce brand presence and professionalism.
Maintain a comprehensive tracking system for all referrals made and received to monitor the effectiveness of the network.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Previous experience in sales, marketing, project management or business development within the legal industry preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Proficiency in LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule.
Own a Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and Microsoft Office. Plus, a reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
